Upskill your existing workforce WITH an HNC in ENGINEERING (HTQ)

A NATIONALLY RECOGNISED QUALIFICATION

The HNC in engineering is a nationally recognised qualification that provides your workforce with the specialist knowledge and skills required to further enhance their career.  It is designed to future-proof your business by giving your employees knowledge of new and emerging technologies, preparing them for the jobs of tomorrow across a range of manufacturing industries.

The HNC is structured in units that run over two academic years, and is available at our site in Coventry (as block release starting each September), and at OAS in Oxfordshire (as day release starting each November). The HNC offers the flexibility to complete the qualification alongside a day-to-day role.

In-centre training is supported by online learning, which includes weekly online check-ins for the weeks where learners are in your workplace. This ensures that learners can access the support of a tutor whilst studying the additional content required when not in centre. Learners must engage with approximately 6 hours of personal study time per week.
