Apprentice Technical Sales Support

A growing part of our business is the supply of turnkey automation cells and digital products for equipment and factory OEE monitoring. The role would include:

- Assist in project coordinating, keeping an overview of the various ongoing projects across different departments, communications with customers and headquarters
- Support to our Application engineer and sales team: duties will include assisting with customer visits and trials
- Support to our Automation engineer; duties will include assisting with the timelines and project coordination to keep departments on schedule.
- Support to our Digital team: including internal systems to liaise with customers to follow up on orders placed, assistance with follow-up on customers trialing our MES systems

Qualities & Skills Required: 

Good communication skills, comfortable speaking to customers face-to-face, able to use your own initiative and work well in a team. Problem solving skills and attention to detail will be required and Microsoft office skill are desired.

MTC Training eligibility: 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 / A*- C (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language or English Literature

Please Note: Candidates must be able to travel between training centre in Ansty and workplace in Warwick. 

After 1 year candidates will need to be able to travel to customer visits.
