Key Responsibilities:
- Apply decorative laminates to composite panels used in aircraft interiors.
- Potting of inserts into composite structures with precision and care.
- Bond various brackets, equipment, and inserts using a range of adhesives.
- Assemble and bond components and sub-assemblies in accordance with detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and adheres to strict procedural guidelines.
- Conduct self-inspections to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Maintain strict health and safety practices within the composite area, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Operate and utilize various hand tools and air tools in a precise and effective manner.
- Interpret and understand detailed engineering drawings and procedures to complete tasks to exacting standards.
