Kigass Aero Components Ltd are a long – established family engineering company based in Warwick, supplying high value machined parts and assemblies for the Aerospace and Autosport sectors. Kigass have a very highly skilled team of engineers, to take customer drawings and using CAD/CAM, programme our range of modern CNC machines to produce customer designs. Using our range of 3 to 5 axis machining centres we specialise in the manufacture of components from solid, avoiding prohibitive lead times for forged and cast parts. We also have 2 to 7 axis CNC turning centres, CNC EDM and wire erosion, gun drilling, surface and CNC cylindrical grinding. We have a Test House facility which covers all fuel, oil, water and air flow checks on all injectors used in an aeroplane, also calibration and pressure testing.
