In just two years we have trained over 120 apprentices and placed more than 70 of our cohort with employers in the manufacturing sector. As part of our dedication to delivering industry-leading education and training, we have also developed and implemented the new Trailblazer-approved apprenticeship standard aligned with product design and development; a significant step forward for our Programme and testament to the excellent work that the Apprenticeships team does at the AMTC.
Looking ahead and building on the success of our apprentice programme, we are now exploring degree-level training programmes with a number of University partners, and we will be bringing you more news on this in the New Year.
